If you are requiring replacement lids let us know we can come out and measure for you or you can provide us with the measurements of your lids for replacement.

We manufacture our lids to order to ensure the size is the perfect fit for your system. Our lids are made of high quality concrete from a certified supplier and are reenforced with steel mesh. once we have your lids made then our friendly staff will pop out and place them on your tank.

We have a fully equipped tank farm for storage, dewatering and desludging processing. SJ Allen is able to collect from your site a range of capacity holdings between 200 litre containers (44 gallon drums) to Bulk Tanks, Washbay Sumps and interceptors

Our processing facility meets all regluations set by ECAN and councils, this process will remove solids, water and sludge from the oil before being shipped to an approved processing facility where it gets processed and reused.

Commercial Kitchens and some Rural Properties have Grease Traps fitted. These are designed to separate the fat and food scraps from the water that goes down the kitchen sink. Grease traps come in many different shapes, sizes, and locations, From DUX Kits that are normally under the sink in the kitchen to bigger commercial ones that are underground outside the building.

SJ Allen will supply you with a service agreement which is reconised by all local councils as certification of service meeting all regional regulations for tradewaste discharge, SJ Allen also offer a set and forget programme, you let us know how often the system requires a service and we will handle the rest. Our cleaning comprises of removal of all solids and liquids from the system, cleaning of the fat from the side walls and visual inspection of all componants, meaning we will catch any issues before they become a major problem for your business.

SJ Allen have purchased this mighty Karcher scrubber in 2025 which has proven results against other machines on the market. This machine will collect small bits of pallet or debris as it scrubs using it's twin sweeping brushes mounted on the front, its horizontal scrubbing brushes in the centre and its incredible vacuum power will leave your floors clean and dry enough to work on in minutes the results speak for themselves.

We use pressurized water to safely and surgically convert solid ground in to loose soil that is quickly removed by a powerful truck-mounted vacuum system.

How do they work? Wastewater, from the kitchen, laundry and bathroom, discharges into a septic tank buried on the property. The heavier solids settle to the bottom of the tank, while fats float to the top. The remaining liquid flows out of the tank and discharges into a soakage area (either a dispersal or evaporation field).
